In the third year, you can optimise your professional experience and job expertise. In this way you will develop your network and new projects, giving you an opening into roles in the tourism sector.
You will have a choice of three specialisations, studying an area of expertise in more depth. Finally, your course will be completed by a five- to six-month work placement.
In partnership with the Institut Georges Chappaz, the final year of the Bachelor degree will take place in Reims. You will therefore gain a dual degree (Bachelor and University Degree from the Reims-Champagne-Ardenne University). A steering committee consisting of universities and professionals in wine, wine tourism and communication has devised this professional training course and put together the teaching team.
Managing a hotel or restaurant requires specific technical (accounting and administrative management) and managerial skills. We offer a specialisation with an innovative approach, to help you gain entry to this sector.
The aim of this specialisation is to equip you with the necessary skills to produce and market tourist products (travel, holidays, etc.) and work on local development actions (local marketing).
